Where we ship

We ship physical products to Canada and the United States.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Any different timing for a particular product will be shown on its product page.

Shipping costs

Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Delivery estimates

After your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

Canada: 3–5 business days.
United States: 3–5 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, holidays and customs processing may affect arrival times.

Tracking

Tracking is provided when included with the shipping service. Some items, including stickers, are sent by untracked lettermail.

Digital products

Digital products are delivered electronically; no physical item is shipped. Check the product page for the file format and delivery instructions.
